This form stores all information pertaining to a specific room in the Digital Housekeeper® database. Information such as, door number, room usage, square footage, floor type, daily cleaning task and project cleaning tasks are stored here. Click the thumbnail to see a larger view.

Associate Work Assignment
This form is the Associate Work Assignment. Rooms are added to the Work Assignment and are checked off for each day of the week that the room is to be cleaned. Each Room on the Assignment lists the minutes to clean the room. Total minutes and square footage for each day are listed at the bottom of the Work Assignment. Assignments can be printed and given to the Employee. Click the thumbnail to see a larger view.

Daily Census
Digital Housekeeper® assists in keeping Associates productive by adjusting the workload daily when the vacant beds are entered. Balancing the workload is an important function of Digital Housekeeper®. Click the thumbnail to see a larger view.

Associate Worksheet
This worksheet is for the Associates to keep track of the work they do each day. Here, they can list the beds that they clean as discharges as well as other tasks they may do such as project work, meeting setups, etc.

Productivity Log
This page tracks the daily information of completed discharges, and other Associate activities such as overtime hours, time spent on projects, number of pages, etc.

Days Off
This page allows the user to create multiple days off templates and quickly and easily create a Days Off Schedule for all Associates. Just check the appropriate check box for the days that an Associate is required to work.

Quality Control Inspection
This page is designed to make logging in of Quality Control Inspections simple. The inspection system is a Pass/Fail system that rates items in a room and each item is related to a cleaning step. Digital Housekeeper® QC inspections can also be completed through the use of a handheld computer which makes the process even more efficient.

Survey
The Survey tool in Digital Housekeeper® allows the user to create multiple surveys that can be emailed to the department’s customers. The results are automatically logged into the system when the customer responds to the survey. Surveys can be a Pass/Fail answer or a “graded” scale with customized labels.

Forecaster
This page helps the user determine what effects changes in cleaning codes, and frequencies will have to the budget. The user can review changes to Daily codes, Project codes and Policing codes. When the user is ready to make changes, the Forecaster applies the changes globally or to selected areas in the database.
